BWAC Teams

BWAC Teams are currently forming in the upper Montgomery and Allegheny county areas. Women business owners interested in participating in a BWAC Team should complete the questionnaire and /or contact Rose Russell directly. Each team will consist of 6-8 members of women business owners who have successfully managed their business for a minimum of 2 years and maintain sole ownership. Please no multi-level marketing organizations at this time. Teams will be limited to 6-8 members that meet on a monthly basis for a minimum of 3 hours. A Facilitator is present at all meetings to maintain organization and note taking. Notes will be posted on the BWAC website… Members Only.

Team members must follow the following rules; deviation from these rules will result in elimination from the BWAC team:

Commitment... Regular attendance at the monthly meeting. One excused absence/year.
Confidentiality... all information discussed at a meeting remains at the meeting
Contribution... members must actively participate in the conversation by providing feedback and business challenges during monthly meeting.
Payment made on a timely basis.

Malvern Team

As the first BWAC team created, this team consists of 6 women who are all established successful business women.
