The Business Women’s Advisory Council (BWAC) consists of several teams of successful business
women acting as a center of influence to help each other build and grow their productive and
profitable businesses as they develop themselves professionally and address common business
challenges and issues. Team members adhere to the three “C”s : Confidentiality, Commitment, and
Contribution.
Members garner knowledge they need to grow their businesses through discussion, best practice
sharing, lessons learned and trusting of fellow members.Teams are representative of various types
of women-owned businesses from throughout the 5-county Southeastern Pennsylvania area.
